Sky Views Edge Walk How to Redeem
- To redeem your tickets, please ensure you have either your E-tickets or printed copies with you.
- Approach the turnstiles and place your tickets against the scanner.
- Once scanned, you can proceed to enter the venue and embark on a memorable trip.
Sky Views Edge Walk Important Information
- Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.
- Children below 12 years of age are not allowed.
- The height, weight and age restrictions are as follows :
- Age criteria : Guests aged between 12 and 65 years will be allowed (Minors under 18 years require the consent of their parent/s in person)
- Weight criteria :Â Guests weighing from 30 to 120 kgs will be allowed.
- Height criteria : Guests with height ranging from 130 cm to 200 cm will be allowed.
- Wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
- Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
- Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
- Ticket is valid the date and time slot selected.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services
Please note: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views – Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
