- Tickets are valid only for the specified date and time and are non-refundable or exchangeable.
- Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
- Only 54 visitors are allowed in the museum at any time, with a limit of five members per group.
- Large bags and backpacks are not permitted.
- Visitors must follow the museum staff’s instructions.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the museum and during transfers.
